After
Mont Saint-Michel, the dormant volcanoes of
Puy-de-Dôme are the most frequented natural landmark in France. Everyday people from all over the world subject themselves to the torturous, hour-long, up-hill climb to the top. Our school organized such a trip for us today. I was the first of our group to reach the top; Amra and Emilie were close behind. Sadly, my triumphant ascent was rewarded with a rather anti-climactic view due to some pesky cloud cover. After taking a few pictures our group skipped, tripped, and slipped our way down pausing momentarily to picnic in a scenic area off the main path. We ended the day by ordering some drinks in a cozy restaurant at the foot of the volcano. It was a lovely, yet exhausting, day.
Danas smo sa skolom posjetili Puy-De-Dome. To je jedan ugasli vulkan u blizini Vishy-ja. Setali smo do vrha. Naravno u nasoj grupi Azra je bila najbrza i prva stigla gore. Na vrhu je bilo oblacno pa nase fotke nisu bas najblolje. Jako smo se lijepo provele. Bilo nam je super.
